I got a quote on Tuesday for my car that was $40 more than the other car junking companies. I was a bit skeptical because I heard sometimes they will offer you a higher price only to lowball you once they see the vehicle. I accepted the offer on Friday. They called on Monday morning to schedule pick up the next day between 8 and 4. The tow driver called me the next day at 8 am to say he would get my vehicle at 9:30 am. He arrived on time and paid me in cash!!! The whole process was very easy!

My husband wanted a quote on our 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee & the following day feb 20th, I received a text from Amy at the clunker junker. They advised us that someone from the tow trunk company would contact us within the next 24 hours. This morning I got a call saying they would possibly be able to pick up between 12 & 4pm. The tow trunk guy called me and was here by 2pm to get our Jeep and we had our check in hand! Super quick and easy! Everytime we’ve junked a car in the past it was always a hassle to find a tow trunk company, schedule a time, and took over 15 minutes to get the check. This was insanely easy and awesome customer service! Everyone we spoke to or deallt with was hands down amazing! Also I was 100% skeptical because I’ve never heard of them but after reading reviews, I was like let’s try them out and it was just SO easy! Highly recommend

When the dealership told me my car needed a new engine, I decided to sell it. I hesitated to put the car on Facebook or Craig's List, because that would take time, and you never if a crazy person will answer your ad! I found The Clunker Junker while searching online for someone who might want my car for parts, and lo and behold, The Clunker Junker gave me twice the amount I thought the car was worth! The Clunker Junker towed the car away free of charge AND gave me a big, fat check. Win, win! Also: the customer service was exceptional. Most of the transaction is done easily online, but I had additional questions, and the owner emailed me back personally and promptly several times. A+!
